Ak si u\u017e aj medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi \u010dinnos\u0165ami potrebujeme spravi\u0165 prest\u00e1vku, prokrastin\u00e1ciou to nevyrie\u0161ime. Dlh\u00e9 scrollovanie na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach n\u00e1s nezachr\u00e1ni, preto\u017ee aj to n\u00e1m berie energiu. Je dobr\u00e9 si to v\u0161etko niekde rozp\u00edsa\u0165. Na koniec by sme sa mali venova\u0165 aj samotnej motiv\u00e1cii, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00a0tomto u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkom. Ak u\u017e m\u00e1me svoje sny a\u00a0ciele vyt\u00fd\u010den\u00e9, m\u00f4\u017eeme sa za\u010da\u0165 p\u00fdta\u0165, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eeme robi\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148, aby sme ich raz dosiahli? Prv\u00fdm krokom k\u00a0odstr\u00e1neniu prokrastin\u00e1cie zo svojho \u017eivota je t\u00fa\u017eba s\u00a0\u0148ou raz a\u00a0nav\u017edy skoncova\u0165. Potom si u\u017e len sta\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1js\u0165 kus pevnej v\u00f4le a\u00a0pl\u00e1n sa m\u00f4\u017ee za\u010da\u0165!
